If you dared to ask 100 random people what is a blog, you would probably recieve 100 different answers. The reason for that is not that it’s tough to figure out what a blog is. This kind of freedom is one of the things that has made blogs so very popular today. Having this degree of freedom also contributes greatly to the constant updates that are made to blogs.

Two of the most common uses of a blog are for a person to use the blog to help others and for internet marketing purposes. Quite a few people use blogs to talk about their hobbies and interests in order to share this knowledge with others. As they share this information they find that others are like-minded and will contribute to their blogs or become students of their blogs. There are large groups of people on the Internet who share a common interest and they visit each other’s blogs for information exchange and for support.
